The recipe above was picked from Ice-Cream-Recipes.com. It makes delicious ice cream quickly and easily :)

So, start by mixing up the first three ingredients. Simple enough as they are all liquid. Then put in an ice cream maker and start it spinning! Or, if you don't have an ice cream maker here is how to make an easy one:

Take a small can, pint size, and find a secure fitting lid for it. Put the soon-to-be ice cream into it and secure the lid, tape if necessary :). Now you'll need a larger can, the one-gallon sized. Put some ice in the bottom of the large can, place the small can into the larger can and fill the larger can full of ice. Some Rock Salt sprinkled on top will help the ice get cold enough to freeze the cream in the smaller can.

Then put a lid on the big can and roll it all around :) You can roll it back and forth to eachother across the floor or just shake it, whichever sounds more fun.

Hee hee, if this sounds like too much work, or the above methods didn't work for some reason, just dump the cream into a tupperware and throw it in the freezer.

So, now that you have real ice cream you'll need spoons. And bowls maybe.

It's also neato to put strawberry jam, blueberries, nuts, maple syrup, or anything else that sounds good into it. That's why I like making vanilla; it's easily transformed to any other flavor.
