Instructions:

Often, meals are the time when most the family is together. Why not make it fun? One night prepare only food that can be eaten without a fork, knife or spoon.

This idea is really popular with children, as they often are told to use their utensils. Depending on your family's likes and dislikes it may be difficult to fit in all 5 food groups. With a little creativity, though, it is possible.

In my family, we sometimes use chips as utensils. Thus, even enchiladas can be eaten using this idea. Just grab Corn Chips and use the enchiladas as a dip. It's better than you think!
